Higher Education Developing Projects unit affiliated to the Center for Measurement & Evaluation has the honor to announce for the 6th round for applying to the projects of digital transformation on academic measurement and evaluation system via the center’s website www.heep.edu.eg in the following fields:
- Establishing a measurement and evaluation unit in the faculties that didn’t get any funds before.
- Establishing an assessment and evaluation unit in the universities that didn’t get any funds before.
Aims:

- Dissemination of the culture of digital transformation for measurement and evaluation system as a way for enhancing the educational process outputs.
- Developing oral, written and practical exams’ system for fulfilling the targeted outputs.
- Providing the infrastructure and information infrastructure to implement e-tests, electronically evaluate exams’ answers as well as analyze the results to ensure justice and transparency in measurement and evaluation.
- Prepare the digital transformation system pieces of evidence in the field of measurement and evaluation.
- Create and activate question banks and achieving a standard ratio of generalization and application of the questions.
- Promote and develop the systems of oral, written and practical exams for the disabled according to up-to-date systems of measurement and evaluation.
