Prof. Mohammed Zaki Al Dahshori<\/strong>, dean of the faculty of medicine and the chairman of Aswan university hospitals, said that stroke unit in neurology department, faculty of medicine managed to save lives of several patients in a few days where the cases suffered from early stroke when entered the hospital, the doctors of neurology department’s intensive care did the required check-ups which showed the patients\u2019 readiness to receive the clot-dissolving drug (Actilyse) in the first three hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 Dr. Ashraf Meabed<\/strong>, executive manager of Aswan university hospital, said that for the 1st<\/sup> time fpr Aswan university hospital to provide this drug in upper Egypt despite its high price.
